Actually, sending a photo as an attachment to a message is quite easy using the hand gestures. But my friend (she just got an iPhone about 2 weeks ago) wants to do this with verbal instructions.
I called Apple Support to ask for suggestions; I was told it was not possible using Siri but if Voice Control was enabled it could be done with verbal instruction.
