Actually, sending a photo as an attachment to a message is quite easy using the 
hand gestures.  But my friend (she just got an iPhone about 2 weeks ago) wants 
to do this with verbal instructions.

I called Apple Support to ask for suggestions; I was told it was not possible 
using Siri but if Voice Control was enabled it could be done with verbal 
instruction.

Personally, I’ve never used Voice Control on any of my iPhones so I had to take 
a pass on that suggestion.
