I am sure some will disagree, but e-Speak to me sounds horrible and it's definitely not a natural sounding voice,. In any case, you are stuck with what Apple offers and in iOS 17 there are to my knowledge no new voices. There is still Eloquence and all the others like Ava, Samantha, Tom etc. and of course the 4 Siri voices. I personaly like Siri voice 4 the best.
