Hello Cathy, Not sure if you already received an answer, but if you answer a call on the watch and want to switch it back to the iPhone, just take your iPhone and find the "Call in progress" indicator at the top left. It's sort of underneath the status bar and above your top left home screen icon. As soon as you double tap on that the call will switch back to the phone.
