I mostly agree with this statement. I haven’t had any issues with Apple Accessibility responding to my emails. In fact, I get a response with more questions about 90% of the time. It all depends on how in-depth you are in your email, and describing the issue. Both forms of communication are useful, to say one is better than the other, is hard to actually say. Granted you feel like they can’t ignore you if you call, but to say they prefer the calls is a bit of a stretch. Honestly if you report something, either via email, or via the phone it will be heard, and it takes time for the devs/engineers to look at the issue. Sometimes you might not hear anything from the Accessibility team, as they are not only dealing with Voiceover bugs, but all of the accessibility bugs being reported across the devices/OS’s. I honestly feel however you want to report bugs is probably just fine with the accessibility team, just report them when you find them.
