To delete an app, swipe to the app you want to delete, next, swipe up with one finger. Voice over will say, edit mode. Double tap with one finger. Voice over will say, started editing. Next, swipe up to delete and double tap with one finger. Swipe through the options. You will be given the options to delete app or remove from home screen. If you choose delete app, the app will be gong. Hth.
