No more beta profile to delete, you just go to Settings > General > Software Updates and tap on the beta program button and set it to "Off".

But if you don't want the RC anymore and stop beta testing, just erase your beta profile, restart the phone and the public version will be installed as it is available or download it manually then after the release.
