Yes, the Macbook Air has voiceover if that was the question being asked, and all Apple computers since 10.4 (Tiger) have voiceover. I could also deliniate exactly when iPhones and iPods got voiceover but I don't think it bears on what was being asked and I might not have the iPods right. All iPads have voiceover.
