On both my iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad Air 5, I get the same behavior you do from Outlook. I have already made a suggestion that we have an option to turn off this notification. Hints are also off. Outlook is the same version on both devices. The os is the same. Hopefully Microsoft will give us the opportunity to turn off that feature or it’s gonna drive me to drink!

Using Microsoft outlook email app on my iPhone X, when I delete a message, I hear immediately message deleted a short pause, and then the next message to get focus in the message list starts to read. On the iPhone 15 I have the same experience but shortly after the new message to gain focused starts to read, I am interrupted by another message, saying something about message deleted, shake to undo. It consistently interrupts the reading of the new message with focus. Both phones are running the latest release of iOS 17. As far as I know, all voice settings are the same on both phones.
