Hi, Does anyone have thoughts on what is best when upgrading, whether one should start fresh with the phone or whether one should always get what was saved from iCloud. I'll be upgrading from the 12 basic to the 15 pro, and I noticed that when I upgraded from the XR to the 12, I simply got what was saved on iCloud. It was the same settings and same layout as before, and somewhere along that time I got apps that weren't being used anymore or that I had downloaded and didn't need. I guess the question is whether I should start from scratch on this new phone and download the apps I want or whether I should get what I want from icloud and keep everything I've had for years in the way of older apps and layout and such.
