iOS 17 hasn't broke accessibility for me with the exception of the change with audio messages with the native messages app. If you don't use audio messages on a daily basis, nothing to worry about.
The difference with audio messages now is that you need to stop and send the recording rather than it automatically sending like in iOS 16.
