If I'm understanding you correctly you have changed the label of an icon and you want to change it back to the original. If this is what you want to do it is easily accomplished. Locate the icon you want to change on your home screen. Do a 2-finger double-tap and hold to go into the VoiceOver labeling feature. Then just delete the text in the edit box and hit done. This will return the label to its original state. I have had to do this and it works perfectly.
