I’m having the same issue, however, I’m using an iPhone 8 and I’m wondering if it’s too old and if the Be My AI requires a newer phone with the Neural Engine for better recognition or at least that’s what I think it’s called? I took several pictures and it said "failed to analyze picture". So I closed the app, then reopened it. Still the same. Then I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, reentering all my data. I must have been connected to the Internet at least because I redownloaded the app from the App Store. Now it says Be My AI access pending. That's a bit mysterious because it just said Be My AI before, nothing about access pending. But maybe when I do get access back, it'll work. If not, then I'll write to them.
