Hi, I’m not familiar with podcasts with amazon music. However, the recent updates did break accessibility for me as a music listener with amazon music.
A great podcatcher to consider that I use is DownCast for iOS. DownCast is aware of voiceover and it’s users and assures to make it accessible. It’s also very robust and intuitive.
