This probably isn't what you want, but if you go into your contacts and tap on the lists button at the top of the screen then you can select the source of your contacts. For example, I have a lot of duplicate contacts between Gmail, iCloud and Outlook. To eliminate all of those duplicate entries in my contacts, I go into lists and select just Outlook. Now I only see my Outlook contacts.
