Hi Carolyn, if you flick down to more info on the device, that you no longer have, and double tap on more info, there is a button that says forget this device. Double tap on that, and the device will be forgotten.

So, every time I check Settings, I get
One new item
I have gone to update emergency information. I have double tapped done. Still, when I tap Settings, it says one new item. All the new information is there. I have pressed done.
Yet, it still annoys me with that One New Item.
Am I going to have to call Apple Accessibility? I just don't know why it keeps saying that. I have been tempted to press Cancel, but think maybe if I did that, the new information would go away, and that I'd still be annoyed with the message of One New Item.
Anyone have any ideas?
