Mary, One thing to try is to open the Photos app, and select the albums tab. There is a heading called Media Types. Perhaps it will identify videos. If not, then check further under General, iPhone Storage. If you keep flicking right through the iPhone storage, you eventually come to a couple things that may help, review large attachments, and review downloaded videos and audios. It is less than an efficient way to find stuff.
