Yes, I had the same problem with Voice Dream reader today. The only way I was able to get it to respond was to upload all my books to the cloud, which I had stopped doing for a while that corrected the problem. Maybe turn off and on any downloads that you have given to the cloud and see if that helps. so I was not backing Voice Dream reader books to my phone and when I turned it on and back them up, it responded as it used to.
