The new feature is that you can get accessibility help via text message where the answers to your questions will come from an AI rather than to speak via video call to a human accessibility support agent. But it’s not a replacement so you can still initiate a video call to a human support agent, but the text option with the AI is also available and I can see that for many questions this could very well be all one needs.
