I have been able to get my pin with no problem. I usually catch it when it is first spoken. But, when I miss it, I can find it right near where the trip info is given. I have also found the button for contacting driver. However, I have never used it. I have had far more difficulty in trying to report a ride denial because of having service animal. I find that process to be quite inaccessible.
