The other day, I reached out to their accessibility team regarding a VO issue I was having where VO would just randomly go silent for 20 to 30 seconds. Very similar to a nasty bug we dealt with maybe back with iOS 7 or 8 or one of those versions. Low and behold, they acknowledged the issue after I gave a detailed description of when and how etc. They asked me to generate a diagnostic report via a link they provided and said they were working on it. Sometimes it does feel like you’re just screaming into the void, and others… reaching out to report a bug really does help.
