Hi,

Have you launched the apps in question on the new phone? Sometimes that’s
enough to fix it. If not, turn off their notifications in settings and
notifications and then when you launch the apps themselves, they might ask for
permission to do so again. In theory this should just plain work but often it
doesn’t. It’s why many of us have taken to setting up as new and just manually
downloading our apps again because then these permissions must ask and then set
themselves right.

Take good care,

Robin

Subject: some notifications are still going to my old i phone 8 and not my new
i phone 14 pro.

Hello all I transferd from I clowd back up all of my data from my I phone 8 to
my I phone 14. I didn’t remove anything from my I phone 8 yet but I have found
that since doing that I found that some notifactions are going to my I phone 8
and not my I phone 14. I checked all of the notifactations on each of the
phones and they are all on and should be working. The apps that I am having
ishues with are x formiley twitter and the braking news app. Each of those on
each of the phones say show on the lock screen and then announcement is set to
on and the description is banners, badges, sounds etc. what should I do to try
to fix this? From Mich.
