Hello, arrow keys won't work how you're expecting them to work. And places where you find them not working, turn on quick navigation by pressing the left and right arrows together. Then you can use the up-and-down arrows, or the left and right arrows to navigate whatever you're wanting to navigate. I hope this helps you and your new MacBook experience. Joseph Hudson
