Even on my phone, the second one was hard, as I needed to do it for a job app. The trackpad on the computer method wouldn't go because you can't get focus to the box you are supposed to sign. I ended up doing explore by touch, tapping the power button three times to turn VO off and then tried to draw my signature, which probably came out worse than ever, but it let me submit. I really don't know a great accommodation for something like this, especially if one ever has to do mouse signing which really doesn't work. I hate to be one of the bearers of bad news, but something like DocuSign should work, but the ones where you need to physically sign like UPS or FedEx do these days is hard at best without help.
