I'm so sorry, Kim. You've gotten some good suggestions. One thing I do is tto look at my phone and computer, if both are out, it's wifi. Same for Alexa, if all my stuff stops working at the same time, then I know it's the internet, not the device. You can also just assume the light is showing "bad" and tell the people on the phone if you call them that it's red or whatever color, or they think they care about that day.
