No issues here, either, I just had some Christmas music playing, in particular the song "Holy Night", and both Siri and the music recognition feature in control panel came back with "Holy Night by Nina Nesbit" which I thought was pretty good since there are probably a hundred artists who have done this song.

Siri says try again later and Shazam appears to do nothing. I am using a 13 Pro. I have a friend who has a iPhone SE who is having the same problem. My wife who doesn’t use VO has not trouble with her 14 Pro it works perfectly. I have turned off the bluetooth incase working with my hearing aids was causing this with no change.
