If you have stand reminders enabled it should just remind you although I don't know if it's necessary on the hour. If you had been standing/walking around at say 9:45 AM then I doubt it would remind you 15 minutes later at 10 AM that you have to stand again. I do have it on, but rarely get the notification because during a normal work day it is not often that I sit for more than an hour at a time.
