The old text notification tones are at the end of the list under the “Classic” heading. There has been a lot of discussion of this topic on this list since the introduction of iOS 17.

That text tone is no longer available in the new list of text tones. The bigger problem, however, is that none of the new tones are anywhere near as loud as the older tones.
