On Spotify, when you are playing something, there is a button that lets you pick where you want the track heard. When you click that button there is an option that says start a jam. When you click it an option asks you if you want to share a link. If you click it you get the share options, message email, whatever so you can share the link. It allows people to listen to the exact same content at the exact same time. My daughter and I love doing this for podcasts. We enjoy our air pods, and in a jam session we don’t even have to be in the same physical space. Think watching a tv show with someone you love and one of you says “how’d he get in that room” and the person also knows exactly what you referring to. Explaining because I understand how the concept doesn’t make much sense, my kid showed it to me and it took awhile for me to fully grasp the cool and why anybody would prefer this factors.
