Here in East Texas, Siri is working fine. I Hope you are only experienceing a temporary local outage.

I launched the Amazon Alexa app and asked Alexa, and got an answer. I went back to Siri and got the same noise and something went wrong. That tells me it is not my wi-fi, but the Siri server.
