What did you install it on please? As I know these are available on android, but haven’t known them to be available for iOS. I use one myself on my note20ultra5G, and also used to use it on my note8, and never had Any problems with it at all. Personally I really like these voices, but have heard several people who seem to have issues with them, even though I never have so far, thank the good Lord.
