It appears there is only one way to email them and that is to find the contact 
us at the Amazon Help site and filling out a form.

I hope it helps.  I would also suggest going to your Amazon Account and 
returning the book and maybe previous ones if it hasn’t been too long.  I 
forget how long you have to return an item.

Hello Richard

I live in South Africa, so it is very expensive to phone Amazon from this side. 
The interesting thing is that I tried the book on my Samsung phone and on a 
Chromebook and both have the same problem, so 3 different screen readers react 
the same. I also read a page with Seeing AI on my cell phone by pointing it to 
the iPad screen and Seeing AI had no problem to read correctly. The other 
interesting point is that when I read character by character I find that the 
letters c and e cause the problem.

US Samantha but the result is the same. I also changed to the font you 
suggested and I switched "detect language" on. The interesting fact is that my 
wife reads the text on the screen and she says everything looks fine. This is 
about the forth Kindle book where I encounter this. I have many other books 
which read correctly. I wonder if Kindle has an accessibility email address

The font makes no difference to me since I am totally blind, but apparently it

Hello list

I purchased a kindle book and I made sure that the product details state that 
text to speech and screen readers are enabled but the book does not play 
correctly on my iPad. The moment I swipe down with two fingers for continuous 
reading it sounds if there are no spaces between words and if there are strange 
sounds, like a different language. I changed the font and size of text but the 
problem continues. Has anyone encountered this or should I just return the 
book. The problem is that it is not the first time that I encounter this 
problem and it is just strange that the kindle app can not read books meant for 
kindle.
