HI Jenny, I don’t know if you use an iPhone or some other type of phone. I use an iPhone and I installed the Nest app on there. In the event that you do have access to the Nest app on an iPhone. This is how you would turn off the learning mode.
Open the Nest app > Find the Settings button and double tap to get into Settings > scroll all the way to the bottom and look for whatever you named the location of where the thermostat is located (in my case it’s Dining Room) > double tap here to get into the specific settings for your location > look for Auto Schedule and turn that off. If you use Alexa, you can also integrate your thermostat with it. Go to your Alexa app on your smart phone and download the Nest Skill. Hope that helps some! Cooling is said to 78° with the current temperature of 74°. Now earlier today even though it’s been set on 78 and I have not changed the temperature earlier we’re staying with the temperature of 70° sometimes 71 sometimes 72 sometimes 73° again I have not changed, the temperature since my neighbor took off all those schedules I have no clue how that happened but she turned auto schedule off.
