They should pair just fine. You make sure the shokz are off. Open the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and of course make sure Bluetooth is on. Now, hold the power on button on the shokz until it says pairing. Then it should show up in the Bluetooth settings on the iPhone and double tap it and release the power button on the shokz and it should pair just fine.
