Hi Richard, I think I might need to call T-Mobile. I just called myself from another phone, and I heard my phone ring, and I heard the alert message letting me know I had a message. I checked my voice mail, but it didn't show any voice mail message. When I just now called myself from my other phone, I heard my greeting on my iPhone saying this person you are calling, doesn't have a voice mail box set up. This is unreal! So ok now, here I come T-Mobile!

Hello Everyone, I finally took the plunge and updated my XR phone to iOS 17.4, as the update was getting just a little to pesty to deal with. Now, since I did this just yesterday, all my voice mail messages are gone! When I open the voice mail messages, I only get an option of deleted voice mail messages, and I went in to that, but there are no deleted voice mail messages. I was saving some of those messages, as I need them. Any suggestions how to get those messages back? This happened to me before, and I had to reset my entire phone in order to get those messages back the last time I updated. Thank you in advance for any help.
