So the rep told me to dial some numbers, and I did, but we then got disconnected, and it is a 30 minute wait to have to call them back. The rep also said it is best if I call them from another phone though, so I gave him my Magic Jack number, and he said that call isn’t going through, I didn’t even hear my phone ring. So, again I am trying to get in touch with them without having to spend the entire day on hold waiting for someone to pick up. Any thoughts or phone numbers, I would greatly appreciate it.
