Are you referring to notification sounds? I use the Outlook app and this app works really well if you want a notification for every message that comes in. You’ll have an add bar showing at the top, but you can ignore that.

This does not bring any. Sounds back when I put the Gmail account back and the native email back. Any other suggestions would greatly be appreciated I have also tried changing the sounds and turned a few other things off. I have also contacted Apple Accessability, And they seem to think there is a problem that is being worked on. Take care.
