I have recently tried the scan text feature and it really works well. When you scan a document you get a summary and a description of what the document is before the document itself which is really useful.
One thing that sets SuperSense appart in my view is its guidance when scanning documents. Telling the user that not all edges are visible is not really too helpful. SuperSense on the other hand advises you how to move your device to get all the text in the camera’s frame. I know that we’ve quite rightly been critical of this app in the past, but credit where it is due they’ve really made some improvements in recent months. Whether the price is worth paying is debatable but they deserve credit for recent developments.
