I received an email with an attached photo. I'd like to know how to select the attached photo and then open the photo in an app that can work with the photo. Specifically, I'd like to open the attached photo in ChatGPT. I've done this in the past but the steps seem to have changed and I'm having trouble doing it again. I would greatly appreciate help with this problem. I called Apple tech support and, after going around in circles for a while, the tech simply admitted they weren't sure how to do it.
