I recently got a new iPhone SE3 and I’m now having trouble signing into Venmo. I really need some help so this could be lengthy. First of all it would not accept my password so I reset and created a new password. It then asked me for the one time code sent to me but I could not, for the life of me, get the edit field to accept any characters. Now no matter what password I get it will not accept it. Most recently I used the secure password option and when I use auto fill and then my thumb print I have no luck. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I sent an e-mail to tech support and received a bunch of links that are not helpful. I’m looking for any other ideas as to how to sign in.
