This subject was discussed here a couple months ago, and after a few tries, I may have found the answer in the archives, although I wouldn't bet next week's check on it. The problem has never occured on my cheap phone, only on the last couple pro models. Go into voiceover settings, rotor, and find direct touch. Then, go into the apps that this direct touch affects, and deselect phone. I did this to see if it would stop the two-finger double tap from ending a call, and it did not. I hope it won't stop it from answering a call. Let me know if this works.
