That is only for people using the paid app on a Mac computer and another device like an iPhone or iPad. And no, that would not be your Apple ID in any case. If you do not have a Mac subscription, you do not need to worry about that. The paid Mac subscription gives you access to syncing your data with your phone or iPad.  If you are a regular user of the app, you may want to join the Voice-dream group that was set up by the company.
