Hello All, A couple of weeks ago I remember seeing a thread about getting smart lightbulbs to work on iPhone, or so I thought.
Anyway, yesterday, I was in my local Best Buy store and picked up a 2-pack of HomeKit compatible bulbs. I just opened the box and set one bulb up in a bedroom. Man! What fun! First, I did not need to download any third-party app, in order to add the bulb to HomeKit. It just worked right out of the box using the normal method of adding an accessory to the Kit. Second, not only can I have Siri turn on / off the bulb, but I can have Siri set the brightness and even the color of the bulb. So, for example, I can say to Siri: "Turn on the light," "set bulb 1 brightness to 66%," "set bulb 1 to dark blue," etc. Anyway, the product is listed as: LIFX - E26 Edison Screw (2-Pack) - Color.
