There's definitely not a device fix. But I'm sure that there is a carrier fix. I'm currently not a Verizon customer. So I wouldn't be able to do this on Carolyn behalf. I had to fix my car ID with a couple other carriers, and they were able to fix it. So I'm sure Verizon would be able to do the same.
