Before if there was a wrong or missing item, you could check the box and proceed, but now there are no check boxes. in other situations sometimes I have been able to turn off voice after approximating where to tap, but even with guidance from Ira, this didn’t work. Luckily they gave me the credit when I called 800-253-9377, but I emailed them so that the situation can be documented.
