Can’t get any simpler. Just one button on the side to turn on and off and if you want to do a pre-infusion, you just hold the button down for a few extra seconds. It’s just me and my wife, so we hardly used it. I believe they came out with a smaller capacity machine (600 ML or so), but we didn’t get it as pourovers became our thing. It’s an older model, but I’m sure if they’re not selling it anymore, they’ll probably have a newer version. This dripper is one of few that can get hot enough (195º to 205º) to be SCA certified. Most coffee drippers and one cup gadgets can’t get hot enough to properly extract all the goodness out of the grounds.
