So on my IPhone with the youtubetv app. If I’m watching a show which has a secondary audio track, I am able to go under settings, primary .. and then switch to secondary .. and the secondary audio plays.
Doing that same thing on either an Apple TV or a Fire TV, there isn’t the option for the secondary audio. Same program, same channel. Should work the same both places and should be available both places. As I mentioned I’m visually impaired, so the secondary audio has the descriptive track if available. I have also check this out in places where the show might have a Spanish track, and there it also doesn’t work.
