Ok, fine, I get that and it’s OK, but if so, their outgoing messages should have said so and I wouldn’t have expexted a callback. Furthermore, don’t say on the outgoing support message that the IOS app is Ok when it very clearly is not. That throws credibility right out the window. Tom m
