I am also on the Audio Description Project email list. A person named, Renee S. Arrington-Johnson wrote a paper detailing their experience with an issue wiht YouTube TV that reveals how much work it is to deal with the problem of Audio Description not being passed through. The paper is well worth reading. With the author's permission, I posted it as an HTML document on my web page as many folks were having trouble accessing the PDF.
