Sent from my iPhone Hello all, I have no difficulty paying people with Zelle. In general, I find the Bank of America app quite accessible. However, I am now trying to request money from someone who does not use Zelle easily. I can get to the screen and can find that contact, and there is Zelle credentials. However, once I enter the amount I am requesting, I swipe to a button that reads deposit to select account. However, if I try to activate the button, nothing happens. Interestingly, my sited husband indicates that there is no such button at that spot on the screen. I have tried connecting with Bank Of America employees to no avail. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. I’ve been at this for quite some time today without success. Amy.
