It sounds like you should use the “SmartBP” app. I currently use the “Cardio ap
and haven’t discovered sharing or printing options. Perplexity gave me the
below instructions.

SmartBP provides options to back up and export your blood pressure data to
various platforms:
Apple HealthKit integration:
If you use Apple HealthKit, you can share your blood pressure data through this
platform as well. .
To access these sharing and printing features:
Open the SmartBP app on your iPhone.
Navigate to the section where your blood pressure data is displayed.
Look for sharing or export options, typically represented by a share icon or
found in the app's settings.
Choose the desired method of sharing or exporting your data.
Remember that SmartBP allows you to view summaries grouped by daily AM/PM
averages for 7, 14, or 30 days, which should cover your current month's
measurements

This feature makes it easy to generate a report for your desired time frame.
By using these features, you can easily print or share your current month's
blood pressure measurements with your healthcare provider or for your personal
records.
